Strategic Planning
Periodically, Orange Community Education & Recreation engages in a community-wide planning project to gain feedback and an understanding of the community's recreational and educational discovery needs. The most recent project was completed in 2014, where hundreds of program ideas, initiatives, activities and services for all residents of the greater Orange district were generated.
The Orange Community Education and Recreation staff has been hard at work developing and implementing these ideas and programs to continue to address the needs and desires of our residents.

Below you will find a copy of the Community Strategic Planning Session Report which reviews the process used and outlines the many outcomes and ideas generated. The report also addresses the next steps we will take to continue our commitment to serving the needs of the greater Orange communities through offerings of year-round, comprehensive programs, activities and services. Your input is always valuable and we look forward to continuing the dialog with you. Please feel free to reach out to Orange Community Education & Recreation with your feedback and ideas as we strive to better serve all our residents.
