Volunteer Opportunities

Orange Community Education & Recreation has a variety of volunteer opportunities available for young adults and adults of all ages.
Whether volunteering to assist with summer camp, senior center activities or special events like Trunk or Treat,  you'll have the opportunity to share your talents and gain valuable experience, learn new skills and develop lasting friendships.
Lions Leadership Volunteer Experience
The goal of this volunteer program is to teach and enhance lifelong skills that are beneficial to both the students' daily lives and the workplace through team building, orientations, and exercises that are centered on leadership skills, teamwork, work ethics, safety procedures, decision making, and conflict resolution. Students interested in volunteering for our Early Childhood camps, sports camps, Orange Lions camps or Stagecrafters camps will need to apply through the Lions Leadership Volunteer Experience.
To be considered, students must currently be in 9th or 10th grade and must be a resident of the Orange City School District. Please complete the application form below and return to Katie Newman at knewman@orangecsd.org by May 1.
