Description:
Orange Senior Center hosts the Spring Health & Wellness Fair, Friday, April 12, 9 am - 12 pm. Get a cholesterol/blood pressure/glucose check from UH Ahuja, hearing checks by the Center for Hearing Care, and memory screenings by Montefiore/The Weils. Get active with demonstrations of Zumba, Tai Chi and Yoga as well as 10-minute chair yoga sessions (must pre-register for a specific time). Visit with vendors, all with great information about healthy living and give-aways. Don’t forget to enter for our raffle items, including a basket from Heinen’s. Everything is Free!
