3 Easy Way to Register

Online Registration

Our online registration system is easy, safe, convenient, secure and takes only minutes to register for your favorite class or activity.

If you are new to our program or haven't participated within the last year, you may need to create an account. It only takes 4 easy steps. To create your account, click here and select Sign In in the upper right corner, then Create an Account in the lower right corner. You can also view directions on how to setup your account here.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Registration for most classes ends 48 hours before the class begins. If you find a course is full, please use the waitlist option as we often add additional classes to accommodate additional participants.

In Person Registration

Stop in at the Pepper Pike Learning Center, Orange Senior Center or Orange Arts Center, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm to register for any of our programs. You can register using check (made out to Orange BOE), credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or cash. Please note that registration for most classes ends 48 hours before the class begins.

Phone Registration

Call Pepper Pike Learning Center (216.831.8601), Orange Arts Center (216.831.5130) or Orange Senior Center (216.831.8601 ext 5700) and our friendly staff will be happy to process your registration using your Visa, Master Card, or Discover. When registering for youth programs, additional forms may be required to be completed and turned in before the first day of class.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for classes and activities (unless otherwise specified) provided we are notified 3 business days prior to the class or activity start date. If the class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you can transfer to an open class or receive a refund. Customers cancelling out of an activity will be charged a $10 processing fee. We no longer keep credit on account.

Registration Guidelines

All registrations will be processed in the order received.

Kindly register at least 48 hours in advance of the first class to allow staff time to process class rosters.

Registration continues throughout the season or until classes are closed.

Checks should be made payable to : Orange Board of Education.

Payment is due in full at the time of registration.

A $25 cash fee will be charged for all checks returned to us by the bank.

Registration is required for all classes and programs, including free classes.
