While classes take place in our buildings from early morning to late evening, business hours at each of our locations is Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm. Our buildings are located on the Orange School District campus on 176 beautifully wooded acres off Chagrin Blvd., between Lander Circle and SOM Center Road (Rt. 91).

Orange Community Education & Recreation employs full-time, part-time and seasonal employees. These include programming staff, early childhood teachers, support and operations staff, supervisory staff and before and after school childcare staff, and custodians. Lifeguards and swim instructor positions are available year-round while summer camp staff positions are available during the summer. Please note: A criminal BCI & FBI background check including fingerprints is required prior to employment and for certain volunteer opportunities. Background checks are paid for by the potential employee and are scheduled after applicants are interviewed. All individuals interested in applying with Orange Community Education & Recreation must submit the employment application below in addition to a resume and cover letter when required.
