Orange Community Education & Recreation, along with Orange City School District, has partnered with The Impact Group, a Hudson-based organizational team, to conduct simultaneous strategic plans.
OCER intends to use this plan to set a 3-5-year course to actualize our mission “to build and engage our community through the development and delivery of excellent learning, discovery, and active recreational experiences for all.”
