Customer service and serving all members of the community are top priorities for OCER, says Director Jill Korsok. "This year, our department will focus on standardizing our customer service approach, including how we maintain our facilities. We seek to expand programming for adults ages 25 - 45, continue to expand our adult education and senior adult programming, and grow opportunities for adults and children with special needs. We are happy to return to a full capacity Early Childhood preschool with more than 170 students and full staffing as well. Finally, as the department continues to recover from the affects of the Covid-19 pandemic, strong fiscal oversight is also a top priority."
