Hop into the Spring Wellness Health Fair at the Orange Senior Center on Friday, April 12, 9 am - 12 pm. Come for free cholesterol/blood pressure/glucose checks by UH Ahuja, hearing checks by the Center for Hearing Care, and memory screenings by Montefiore/The Weils. We will have demonstrations of Zumba, Tai Chi and Yoga as well as 10-minute chair yoga sessions (must pre-register for a specific time). There will be multiple vendors, all with great information about healthy living and give-aways. Don’t forget to enter for our raffle items, including a basket from Heinen’s. Everything is Free!
