Designed for children to explore new areas of interest, our new discovery camps offer opportunities for kids to try something new, explore new ideas and dream big. Campers should bring their own bagged lunch and beverage. No refrigeration is available.

MIX IT UP COOKING CAMP
Completing grades K-5
Experience a unique hands-on cooking camp that is perfect for kids who want to learn to be a chef in the kitchen from soup to nuts! We will cover safety, knife skills, and teamwork, and learn to measure, chop, mix, cook, bake, and create dishes for every meal! By the end of the week, your child will be able to cook and bake for family and friends! We will work individually and in groups and play food related games. This camp is a time for the kids to have fun cooking and learn to it themselves!!!

KARATE FOR KIDS CAMP
Completing grades K-5
Confident. Focused. Self-Controlled. Dedicated. Respectful. Fit. What parents wouldn’t be happy to hear those words used to describe their child? At Karate for Kids Camp you could be hearing those words about your own child. The foundation of the Karate for Kids curriculum is the education and development of life-skills such as positive mental attitude, high goal setting, perseverance, self-control and confidence. ATA Martial Arts will help you raise a strong, confident leader, teaching confidence, focus & self-defense skills.

FENCING CAMP
Completing grades 2-5
Come learn foil fencing! The art of swordsmanship has been practiced for centuries. First, it was to train for deadly combat - the duel. Now, it is fun and safe for boys and girls, beginners to advanced. No experience is necessary, all fencing equipment is provided. Fencing is harder than you think, but with practice, you can do it!

FUN FORKS & SILLY SPOONS ETIQUETTE
CAMP Completing grades 1-5
Have your child wake up and view their lives as a nonstop party of kindness and consideration. Join us for a rocking experience of fun, leadership, character building and hands-on learning to the steps of becoming well-mannered. Learn the tricks and skills of how to introduce yourself and others, become an expert at table manners and dining and the art of a well written thank you note and hostess duties. And of course everyday kindness.

MASTER CRAFTERS CAMP
Completing grades K-5
Nothing compares to spending an entire week immersed in creative projects! Children will thrive in an environment where all skill levels are welcome and every camper will learn at just the right pace. On Monday, Tuesday and Friday campers will delight in various activities while developing a sense of creativity and independent thinking! On Wednesday and Thursday campers will visit the Orange Senior Center where Senior Center staff and volunteers will lead experiences. We will watch the "magic" of indigo dying as well as use polymer clay to create wind chimes, small animals, jewelry and much more!

CHESS CAMP
Completing grades K-5
Progress with Chess is proud to offer a week long chess camp for students grades K-5. All levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced. Campers will thrive in our supportive environment, receiving plenty of individual attention in small groups, divided by age and skill level. Chess sets and equipment will be provided. Our beginning students will master the rules and moves of the pieces, basic strategy and checkmates. More experienced players will explore openings, endgames, tactics, and checkmate patterns.

SNAPOLOGY CREATOR'S CAMP
Completing grades K-5
Have a blast building memories with LEGO® bricks during this weeklong summer camp! Your animal lover will create their own animal-inspired robotic models and learn the fundamentals of robotic design. Campers will talk about gear ratio, sensors, simple machines, and programming as they build insects, dolphins, gorillas, and much more. Your builder is sure to have a wild time with our daily themed lessons and free-building to promote creativity!

JUNIOR ENTREPRENEURS CAMP
Completing grades K-5
Enjoy a unique camp for youth interested in owning a business someday. Every child proposes an idea and one is selected as the class business. Learn Love & Grow will invest a small amount of capital in the business and each child receives all materials needed to sell the product to family, friends, and neighbors. It’s not just a business plan, but a real business conceived from scratch, with real products and services, and real customers who pay for what is produced. New this summer, Charles Schwab has provided the opportunity for our Jr. Entrepreneurs to participate in their financial literacy program and we are excited to have representatives from Charles Schwab attend our last day of camp!

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR/REMEMBER
Campers should bring a bagged lunch and beverage to camp each day. A water bottle with your child's name on it is also suggested. Campers should wear loose, comfortable clothing and athletic shoes (no sandals) each day and remember to apply sunscreen 30 minutes before arriving at camp. Sunscreen will be reapplied as needed by staff and campers must provide their own individual sunscreen bottle.
