THREE YEAR MARKETING GOALS

  1. Develop a plan to ensure taxpayers understand how OCER is funded and how those funds provide programs, activities and facilities for residents. 

  1. Create a plan for intentional engagement with local community groups, organizations and government entities within the district.

  1. Inform and educate all school district employees about the purpose and function of OCER.

  1. Develop a comprehensive external communication + marketing plan.

  1. Create a targeted approach for recruiting a diverse, highly-qualified team.

  1. Study recreation trends and gather community input to ensure that programs and services are in-tune with the needs and interests of the community.

  1. Conduct an inclusivity audit of all facilities and programming to ensure that all community members have equitable access and opportunity to participate.
